Tom began his career with Black & Decker / DeWalt in sales and marketing. Tom then joined Emerson Electric as National Sales Manager and was promoted to VP Sales & Service at Home Depot where he created a field service team.
In 2002, Tom joined Home Depot as Merchandising VP, Vendor Service where he led the consolidation of the third-party labor network — now the Merchandising Execution Team (MET). Tom is a proud Member of the Hardware / Home Channel Industry Executive Council for the City Of Hope.
